EPME Merchandise Shop FAQ
Welcome to the FAQ document for our EPME Merchandise webshop. Here you will find all the essential information about the ordering process, invoicing, approval process, and shipping options.
General Ordering Process
Product Selection
Browse Product Categories: Select the desired category and browse our range of promotional products.
View Product Details: Click on a product to see details such as availability and specifications.
Add Product to Cart: Enter the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart".
Shopping Cart
Review Cart: Click on the cart icon to get an overview of your selected products.
Change Quantity or Remove: You can change the quantity or remove items from the cart.
Proceed to Checkout: If all products are correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".
Checkout
Enter Shipping Address: Enter the shipping address or select a saved address.
Select Shipping Method: Choose the desired shipping method (see below for details on different options).
Payment Method: In the B2B webshop, invoicing is done centrally to the marketing department. No further payment is required in the checkout process.
Supervisor Approval: If your order requires supervisor approval, select your supervisor from the dropdown field.
Confirm Signature Policy: Confirm the applicable signature policy by checking the corresponding box.
Complete Order: Review all information and click "Complete Order".
Invoicing
Central Invoicing: All invoices are sent centrally to your company's marketing department. No separate billing address is required during checkout.
Supervisor Approval
Approval Process: For certain users, approval by a supervisor is required. During the checkout process, a dropdown menu will appear where you must select your supervisor. The supervisor will be automatically notified of the order and must approve it promptly for the order to be completed.
Signature Policy
Confirmation Required: During the checkout process, you must confirm your company's applicable signature policy. The checkout cannot be completed without this confirmation.
Order Limit
Order Limit per Order: The order value must be below 5,000 euros per order, including VAT and freight costs.
Shipping Methods
UPS Standard
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.
Description: Cost-effective shipping option with reliable delivery.
UPS Saver
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.
Description: Fast and cost-efficient delivery, preferred delivery by the end of the business day.
UPS Express
Delivery Time: 1 business day.
Description: Premium shipping option for urgent orders, delivery by 10:30 AM the next business day.
